Occupational safety and health (K3) is an important aspect in maintaining worker safety, including in the UMKM sector, such as brick making. Brick making can lead to workplace accidents, including burns, lower back pain, and red eyes. The form of activities that can be carried out is counseling related to the concept of K3/OHS, prevention, and handling of workplace accidents. The target group is 10 workers in the UMKM Brick Making. Until now, no counseling related to the prevention and handling of workplace accidents has been conducted in this UMKM. This activity aims to increase worker knowledge regarding the concept of K3, prevention, and handling of workplace accidents. The counseling was conducted in five stages: a pre-test, a presentation on K3, a demonstration of workplace accident handling, a redemonstration, and a post-test. The results showed an increase in worker knowledge, with an average score increasing from 65 to 80. Educational media in the form of leaflets were provided to help workers apply this knowledge. It is hoped that this activity will increase worker awareness and ability to prevent and handle workplace accidents, especially burns, lower back pain, and red eyes. This activity was carried out for 6 weeks using lecture and demonstration methods. From the results of the counseling, there was an increase in knowledge among the participants.
