Snakebite is a medical emergency that frequently leads to disability or even death, often due to a lack of public knowledge regarding appropriate first aid. Adolescents are frequently influenced by dangerous myths concerning snakebite management, such as making incisions in the wound or tightly binding the bitten area. This study aimed to analyze the impact of snakebite first aid education on the knowledge levels of adolescents. A pre-experimental design utilizing a one-group pretest-posttest approach was employed. The sample consisted of 30 adolescents selected through purposive sampling. Prior to the education (pre-test), the majority of respondents (16 individuals or 53.4%) fell into the "poor" knowledge category. Following the education (post-test), a significant improvement was observed, with the majority of respondents (24 individuals or 80.0%) falling into the "good" category. Analysis using the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test yielded a significance value of p=0.000 (p<0.05), indicating that snakebite first aid education has a significant influence on adolescent knowledge.
